In each Sacred Mindfulness Session we learn more about ourselves and what we need to connect deeper to our own personal bliss.
Each class is 20 mins of asana (movement) to prepare your body for 30 mins of Meditation. The Meditation is in the form of either japa, guided, visualization, or a pranayama. Seated Meditation is practiced unless the class is practicing Yoga Nidra. Chimes and/or singing bowls may be used for class. You will be supported gently into your meditation posture. A
