What you'll do

What to bring

  • Computer, tablet, or smartphone

    You'll need a device with a stable internet connection, video and sound on, and enough battery. We recommend using Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox to have the best experience.

  • Yoga mat, blocks, blanket, and belt

    Bring your yoga mat with you to provide extra cushioning and traction as you pose. Yoga blocks or a chair are very helpful for balance. Also, bring a yoga blanket or beach towel, and having a yoga belt or strap is always a good idea.

  • Water bottle

    Staying hydrated during your practice is always important. It's a good idea to bring your water bottle with you to the class.
