DIANA TURNER-FORTE is a Teaching Artist in Classical Ballet and Pilates. She danced professionally throughout the United States and Mexico before teaching at BalletMet (Columbus, OH) and Baltimore School for the Arts. Since relocating she founded Choreographic Institute of North Carolina where she teaches students ages (10 and ) and adults as a licensed Silver Swan Instructor. Her passion for the art form of classical ballet and recognition that the arts are the fabric of society she seeks to encourage students to be the best they can be through technical precision and an understanding of how the body works. She is certified in several somatic body therapies and holds Registered Teacher Status with the Royal Academy of Dance.
