My name is Samantha Bóveda, originally from Venezuela and currently in Spain.
I believe in vibrations, in being honest and kind with yourself and others, take one step at a time, listening carefully to your body and soul.
Before Yoga, I worked in wellness for over 6 years in hotels and spas around Europe, I fell in love with Natural Therapies, as a therapeutic and sport massage and body rituals. It is such a special feeling to be able to contribute towards helping others to find peaceful moments and release. I started to truly understand that a grateful heart is a magnet for beauty.
I started my Yoga Journey about 4 years ago, as I look back now, I am truly thankful to a dark mental breakdown for showing me and reminding me those areas that I need to grow. It’s about finding that comfy place in your shadows, find the light with it and send it to the world.
I am a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher 200 hrs and Student always🤍

Mi nombre es Samantha Bóveda, de origen venezolano, actualmente viviendo en España.
Creo en vibraciones, en ser honesto y amable contigo y con los demás, en tomar un paso a la vez escuchando cuidadosamente tu cuerpo y alma, amante de los animales y de conocer nuevas culturas. Adicional al Yoga, trabajo como terapeuta en masajes y estética, los últimos 7 años he tenido la oportunidad de viajar y conocer nuevas culturas haciendo lo que amo en el área de bienestar en va-rios hoteles y spas alrededor de Europa.
Me enamore de las Terapias Naturales, así como los rituales corporales, es un sentimiento tan espe-cial el poder contribuir y brindar a otros momentos de paz y tranquilidad, llevando así a un alivio mental y corporal.
Empecé a entender realmente que un corazón agradecido es imán para la belleza y mi verdadero Dharma, ayudar a los otros.
