I am a mum of 3 active teenagers and 2 black labs :) I have been a certified person trainer for over 10 years and RYT500 for just over a year- I have owned my own gym for 8 years now. I trained 50 women to race in the Tough Mudder. I love to help people push themselves and become stronger - body, mind and soul. I teach HIIT, kettlebells, strength training and yoga. My classes will be 30 minutes - all body tabata, a quick weight workout or yoga. These 30 minutes are a great way to squeeze a workout out in or get some time on your mat to reconnect with yourself.

Yoga with Chloe is so relaxing. She talks you through some deep stretching while showing you what to do. We used a strap to go even deeper. Exactly what I needed. Thank you!!
