Hi, I’m Marcy! Welcome to my Muvyu page
Hi I'm Marcy! I completed my 200 hour teacher training through Yoga Alliance at Seva Yoga in 2014. Since then I have gained experience teaching basic, intermediate and children's yoga at Yoga Plus LLC in Caledonia, MI. I also gained experience teaching pilates during that time. I found yoga after years of running had taken a toll on my hips and other joints. Yoga turned out to be so much more then just exercise for me. I learned to let go of things around me and in my past that no longer served me to become a better person. I learned to be comfortable in my own skin. It fills my heart with joy to be able to share this wonderful gift of yoga. May your yoga journey MUVYU to great places!

I haven't done yoga in years and with the pandemic, I don't feel comfortable doing in person classes. Marcy was an excellent teacher for a beginner like me. She explained every pose, what we were doing and which muscles we were stretching. It was a great entrance back to yoga and I am looking forward to more classes.
