Develop your asana skills with the Amit Yoga Foundation Series - a practice sequence of 24 classic postures to consciously work and open the body in a safe and relaxed environment of learning.

Amit Yoga is an innovative way of experiencing traditional Vinyasa yoga from India that will help you develop physical agility, mental stability and emotional well-being. Asanas (postures) are taught in stages, participants are encouraged to practice with relaxed effort, honoring the present stage of their body, breath and emotions.
