Strengthen your mental and physical fitness with the Amit Yoga Foundation Series - a dynamic Vinyasa practice of 24 classic postures that will consciously work and open your body, mind and emotions in a safe and relaxed environment of learning.

Amit Yoga is an innovative way of experiencing traditional yoga from India that will help you develop physical agility, mental stability and emotional well-being.

Asanas (postures) are taught in stages, participants are encouraged to practice with relaxed effort, honoring the present state of their body, breath and emotions. Use of props supported.
