Class Details

This 60 minute total body yoga class will release stiffness, soreness, and tension out of your body and mind. We start this practice with some breathing practice and meditation, then continuing with Vinyasa flow and some exercise for oblique while practicing some balances in Asanas as well. This 1 hour class will help energize and refresh your entire being, leaving you feeling blissfully amazing.
