Strictly Dance Fit on Fridays is a 30 minute cardio workout that is dancey and fun, the most important aspect is you will be dancing and enjoying yourself. Drawing on your favorite Strictly dance styles, you will stay in shape, dance and workout whilst having a blast! We always start with a warm up and the class finishes with a stretching warm down at the end of the class. Low to medium intensity suitable for all levels and ages.
